1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the RoboSpati website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
RoboSpati provides artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, business automation and technology consulting services. Detailed scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: All website content, designs, software and documentation owned by RoboSpati remain our intellectual property.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as specified in their project agreement.
- Third-party IP: Open-source libraries and frameworks retain their original licences.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate information, obtain necessary rights to data shared with us, and cooperate with reasonable project requirements. Delays in providing required input may affect project timelines.
5. Payments
Payment terms are set out in each proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are required before work begins and balances are due upon completion milestones.
6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
We deliver our services using reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboSpati's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Confidentiality
We keep all confidential client information secure and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform our services or by law. We are happy to sign NDAs on request.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Client data will be returned or securely deleted upon completion of the engagement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
